The BCS has started a qualification in ITIL infrastructure management.
It's suitable for people who are ITIL service management qualified (like me) and CCNA qualified (like I was until it expired in November). Another impetus to requalify in CCNA and study for this exam. It'd be a good refresher on the basics of ITIL service management (it seems to link into its processes).
But ... damn it, that means more studying.
A diary based on my latest attempts to get a job; this time in Munich. I'm an engineering graduate (and chartered engineer) with more than 10 years' experience in IT. Over five of these years have been spent in team leading and project management roles both in the UK and abroad.
